This course explores polynomial, rational, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions, enhances skills in combining functions and understanding rates of change, and prepares students for Calculus and Vectors or other university programs.

Understand and Apply Logarithmic Concepts: Demonstrate the relationship between exponential and logarithmic expressions, evaluate logarithms, and use logarithmic laws to simplify expressions.
Analyze Logarithmic Functions: Identify and describe key features of logarithmic function graphs, and connect numeric, graphical, and algebraic representations to solve related problems.
Solve Equations: Algebraically solve exponential and simple logarithmic equations, including those arising from real-world applications.
